T15 Locking Cap
Locking cap for 3.0mm rod system
The screw caps are used to lock the bar to the screw. Locking this cap (or nut) is actually what locks the polyaxial head in place making it one ridged contruct.
This cap is for the 3.0mm rod system and uses the 3.0mm torque limiting device to oppose motion at the interface between the tulip and the rod

Delivery
