View all ResourcesThe rods which can also been known as bars, are used to connect the screws and are dependent on the size of the screw head tulip.
These 5.5mm bars are used on the 5.5mm system in conjunction with the 4.5mm and 3.5mm screws and come in various lengths ranging from 50mm to 160mm
Because of the ball joint design of the screw, very little orientation is required when fitting the rods, but if required rods can be bent. A huge advantage however is that the connecting bars can span multiple levels without being bent as the placement of screw depth can intentionally vary.
